As an IT Business Partner (f/m/d), you serve as the central connection between IT and the business units. Acting as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for all IT-related matters, you align IT solutions with business requirements to create real value.

Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Processes: Develop a deep understanding of the strategy, processes, and priorities of your assigned regions, analyzing their specific requirements.
- Requirement Management: Translate business requirements into IT needs, ensuring that appropriate solutions are efficiently delivered.
- Interface Role: Strengthen relationships between IT and business units, act as the main escalation point for IT-related issues, and foster constructive collaboration.
- Innovation: Ensure IT strategies, solutions, and services are continuously aligned with business goals, and develop proposals for optimization and innovation.
- Change Management: Coordinate IT change projects, lead communication among stakeholders, and support seamless implementation through proactive change management.
- Synergies: Promote knowledge sharing, share best practices with other IT Business Partners and teams, and drive the implementation of group-wide guidelines
