Join our team in Unterchaching (Munich) as:

• Identify opportunities define new ways of working and determine actions required to improve new and existing processes
• Own the local solutions footprint and drive actions to minimise this footprint to increase the number of global/regional solutions in the overall Mars portfolio
• Where these actions involve the provision of applications/software solutions, the IT Business Partner will work with the Core Capabilities teams to identify solutions
• Responsible for the analysis and project management required to deliver local solutions
• Works closely with Business Managers, Business Process Experts, Functional Experts and Key Users, Account Managers, and groups external to the organization
• Has project budgetary responsibility including planning, forecasting, execution and approvals, and delivers to Mars financial target
