Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization:

  • Analyse and document insurance business processes, identifying inefficiencies, gaps, and risks in operations.
  • Create process maps and flowcharts to visualize business processes and propose recommendations for improvements.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.

Business Analysis:

  • Gather and analyse business requirements, developing tailored specifications.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and feasibility of requirements.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data related to business processes and performance metrics.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings, support decision-making, and provide actionable recommendations based on data trends.

IT Project Management:

  • Participate in and manage business-driven IT development projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Write business/functional requirement specifications and collaborate with technical teams to ensure effective implementation.
  • Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in process analysis, business requirements, or data modelling.
  • Experience in running business process improvement/redesign and IT project management.
  • Outstanding communication skills in both English and Chinese, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work experience in the insurance industry and familiarity with operational processes is preferred.
  • Process management certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma, BPM, ITIL, or equivalent) are a plus.
