Exciting Career Opportunity- IT Business Service Manager Location: Bon Secours Hospital Cork Full-Time | Permanent We are delighted to announce an opportunity for an IT Business Services Manager and are now inviting applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates. Candidate Criteria: Qualifications: Third level Qualification in Clinical/ Computing field or similar OR 5+ years’ experience in a healthcare informatics setting. Relevant experience in a Health care Environment or large complex organisation. Experience: Proven experience as a Business Relationship Manager or similar managerial role in one or more of the following: Business Analysis Quality Management Account Management Hospital Administration Clinical management role. IT Operations Project Management Experience of Clinical Information Management Systems. Desirable Project Management experience or Certification (PMP, Prince2) Desirable Experience with software tools for process/work flow mapping and project management. Desirable Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft programs including advanced Excel skills Self-starter with ability to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team Proven multi-tasking experience whilst maintaining a high attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
