PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Working proficiently with clients to understand opportunities and goals
  • Gathering business requirements from clients through interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys and use cases
  • Documenting and prioritizing user stories, participating in backlog refinement and estimation to support product development initiatives
  • Supporting the Development Team and the Product Owner with Agile practices to realize their vision
  • Evaluating information from various sources, reconciling issues, and distinguishing user requests from true needs to ensure deliver of best fit products
  • Defining basic concepts with direction from Senior Advisors and Specialists to ensure accurate and comprehensive analysis of business processes and data
  • Supporting Senior Analysts and collaborating with Developers and Subject Matter Authorities towards the generation of technical vision by integrating their insights and expertise into comprehensive project plans and solutions
  • Acting as a liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams to ensure successful product delivery and user satisfaction
  • Developing support practices and ensuring alignment to standards by working with team members to capture and expand standard methodologies
  • Receiving mentorship, direction and guidance from Senior Advisors and Specialists
    Who you are :

You have:

  • Broad experience in information systems and technologies, particularly web-based technologies along with practical business analysis experience that includes business analysis techniques used to elicit, analyze, and communicate requirements
  • Limited previous experience in an IT work environment along with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in information technology, business or a related quantitative subject area
  • A basic understanding of DevOps and Agile methodologies while also being an ambitious, organized self-starter who possess a sense of initiative

  • Learn new domains in sufficient detail to communicate efficiently with subject matter authorities

  • An excellent written and verbal communicator who can communicate with various levels within the organization while being proficient with office productivity tools and technology to organize, dissect, understand and communicate information clearly

  • Capable of prioritizing, organizing, coordinating your work effectively in a proactive positive and resourceful manner while also showcasing attention to detail, problem solving and adaptability skills
