TITLE: IT Business Systems Analyst Specialist
DUTIES: As an IT Business Systems Analyst Specialist - (Oracle Supply Chain Specialist), duties include: Focus as an Oracle EBS Supply Chain Functional Consultant – Planning, Forecasting, and Manufacturing. Hands-on R12 functional and implementation experience with the following module areas: Discrete manufacturing - Inventory, Cost, Work in Process, Bills of Material, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Purchasing, and Forecasting. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and understand client needs. Design, configure, and implement Oracle SCM modules, including Manufacturing, Advanced supply chain planning, and Forecasting. Customize Oracle SCM applications to meet specific client requirements. Conduct workshops and training sessions for end-users to ensure a smooth transition to the new system. Provide expert guidance on best practices in supply chain management and Oracle SCM functionality. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle SCM applications. Stay updated on industry trends, Oracle updates, and emerging technologies in supply chain management. This position requires 15% domestic travel and 1% international travel
SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
LOCATION: JTEKT North America Corporation, 7 Research Drive, Greenville, SC 29607
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or closely related field and five (5) years of experience as Managing Business Consultant, Applications Engineer, Developer, or related role where required experience was gained.

SPECIAL SKILLS: ALSO REQUIRES EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING:

• Five (5) years of Oracle Manufacturing (BOM, WIP, and INV);
• Five (5) years of Oracle Supply Chain Planning (ASCP, GOP & Demantra);
• Five (5) years of Oracle’s Application Implementation Methodology (AIM);
• Five (5) years of Business process analysis and redesign experience: business analysis skills; process mapping; business process redesign and implementation;
• Five (5) years of Systems implementation: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support; and
• Three (3) years of Lifecycle Oracle Manufacturing/Supply Chain implementations as a Functional Lead or Functional Solution Architect; in an R12.2.x environment.
