This role plays a key part in ensuring system stability, enabling efficient business processes, and driving ERP standardization initiatives across the region. As a senior technical contributor, you will influence solution design, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and support critical business cycles such as monthly financial close. This position is part of the Latin America IT Team, located in Tocancipa, Colombia and will be onsite . In this role, a typical day will look like: Designing, developing, and enhancing JD Edwards EnterpriseOne applications to improve operational efficiency. Providing third‑level support for JDE production issues and leading complex troubleshooting. Performing technical analysis, coding, testing, and deployment following SDLC and change‑control standards. Supporting monthly financial close activities in partnership with Finance and Accounting. Documenting system changes, configurations, and development work with clarity and accuracy. Participating in ERP standardization initiatives across the region. Supporting Power BI queries and integrations related to JDE. Coordinating and supporting JIRA-based requests for Colombia. Collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical challenges.
