KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and design IT solutions.
• Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of business systems, such as ERP, CRM, or bespoke platforms.
• Support project teams with documentation, testing, and user training.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide first-line support to end users.
• Learn and apply industry best practices in IT governance, data management, and system integration.

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, AND EXPERIENCE

Education:

• A recent graduate with a degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.

SKILLS:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS:

• Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively interact with employees at all levels, including management, and clearly convey information about company policies, procedures, and updates.

INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:

• Empathy, tact, and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds to foster positive working relationships
