WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years in IT, ERP, or business systems experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Epicor Kinetic development experience
• Experience in distribution, wholesale, or manufacturing environments is an asset
• Strong problem-solving skills and business acumen
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

Experience:

ABOUT THE ROLE

Our client, a Canadian leader in the wholesale home décor industry, is seeking a hands-on IT & Business Systems Manager to own ERP, infrastructure, and business systems. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, working closely with end users, and driving technology improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Enhance and optimize Epicor Kinetic ERP (dashboards, BAQs, BPMs, customizations)
• Manage IT infrastructure – servers, networking, hardware, and licensing
• Oversee key business systems including CRM, SaaS platforms, and integrations
• Provide escalation support for IT issues, jumping in directly when needed
• Partner with leadership to align systems improvements with business goals
