Your role & responsibilities
As a Career Coach (Professional) , you actively support participants towards labor market integration – with a clear focus on effectiveness, activation, and measurable outcomes. You provide practical coaching, manage the application process using KPIs, and continuously develop the career process.
Coaching & Labor Market Integration (~70%)
- Conducting individual and group coaching sessions (application strategy, self-presentation, interviews, contract negotiation)
- Activating participants: Participation in coaching sessions, use of application tracker/career journal
- Early detection of challenging cases and proactive approach in coordination with lecturers:
- Support in building a consistent application routine and pipeline
Monitoring, Tools & Process Development (~30%)
- Maintenance and use of HubSpot as well as application/integration KPIs including the ability to provide information on course status at any time.
- Derivation of concrete measures to increase the integration rate at the course level
- Proactive improvement of curriculum and career process (feedback & market impulses)
- Professional/organizational support for junior coaches
- Participation in weekly alignment and team meetings (no coaching sessions during this time)
- Forwarding of top candidates to defined contacts (hiring/partners)
Your profile
- Confident in individual and group coaching and in working with heterogeneous target groups.
- Strong practical focus in the application process: CV/LinkedIn, interview techniques, negotiation
- Data- and KPI-oriented : You control outcomes through clear signals and measures.
- Tool-savvy in HubSpot (and ideally Coda) + high learning agility for new tools/workflows
- Very high level of self-organization , commitment , and sound expectation management.
