WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
In this role, you will be responsible for all IT Change and Release, ensuring the effective delivery of change and release management throughout the lifecycle.
You’ll provide efficient technology solutions and services for our Members, Customers and Colleagues, by providing a best-in-class IT Service function.
As part of the change management process, you will be responsible for ensuring risks and impacts are managed and appropriately communicated to all stakeholders.
You will be helping to manage the approval process of all change activity to reduce risk to the availability, performance, security or compliance of IT services and systems impacted by change
You will run effective CAB (Change Approval Board) meetings where you will have the responsibility for the approval process of all change activity, ensuring changes are delivered to a high standard – managing change reviews to ensure continuous improvement is in place.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM RIGHT FOR THIS ROLE?
Ideally you will bring experience of working in a customer facing environment and be experienced in working on an IT Helpdesk/technical support team.
You will have strong communication and organisational skills as you ensure the effective co-ordination of changes and releases, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement.
You will not be afraid to effectively challenge changes that do not meet the requirement or may pose an unnecessary risk to the business.
Bringing experience in people/performance management and resource planning, you will have the ability to manage change within the team effectively.
You’ll demonstrate the ability to communicate in a professional and consistent manner to colleagues at all levels, as well as a passion for service excellence.
