INTERMEDIATE CHANGE MANAGER

Industry: Public sector
Work Mode: Hybrid (minimum 2 days onsite)
Duration: October 14, 2025 – October 13, 2026 (with possible 6-month extensions)
Hours: 35 per week (7 hours/day)

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience leading change management on medium to large IT projects.
  • Education in change management methodology.
  • Experience with both agile and traditional project environments.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

A Change Manager is required to lead change management activities across a variety of IT projects. The goal is to maximize user adoption, ensure stakeholder engagement, and realize the intended business benefits of each initiative. The Change Manager will work directly with IT Project Managers to deliver communication, training, stakeholder analysis, and adoption strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and execute change management strategies, plans, and schedules.
  • Lead stakeholder analysis and readiness assessments.
  • Create communications and training plans tailored to different audiences.
  • Support IT project teams in achieving client satisfaction and benefits realization.
  • Provide guidance to leaders and project champions to drive adoption.
  • Deliver standard change management deliverables (readiness assessments, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement).
