JOIN OUR TEAM

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Change & Release Manager with a strong foundation in the insurance industry to coordinate IT change and release activities across Agile and DevOps environments. This role ensures the secure and compliant delivery of IT changes and software releases while minimizing disruption to operations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Head of IT Strategic Projects and Governance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7+ years of experience in IT Change and Release Management.
  • Strong understanding of insurance domain processes (e.g., claims, underwriting, policy administration).
  • Experience with ITIL framework and change management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps practices.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working within an evolving environment and can adapt to changes in the project or schedule.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in insurance (e.g., NAIC, GDPR).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
