Description
Grow the partner network in the territory by proactively recruiting new qualifying partners to achieve revenue and market share growth Provide technical guidance to partners on system integration, product specifications, and deployment best practices. Analyze and optimize IT infrastructure solutions, including UPS systems and related technologies, to ensure performance and reliability. Lead technical enablement programs, including system design, configuration training, and troubleshooting sessions for partners and end-users. Collaborate with engineering and support teams to enhance system performance, resolve technical challenges, and improve deployment efficiency. Manage project lifecycles, ensuring proper technical documentation, implementation tracking, and continuous improvement recommendations. Utilize engineering tools and platforms, such as Salesforce and other technical databases, to track project progress and system performance. Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering and equivalent industry experience 5-7 years of experience creating and building a reseller and system integrator channel in UAE Knowledge of the ICT market and relevant IT VARs and IT system integrators in the territory Experience in selling UPS products is an advantage Proficiency in channel management and demand creation
