We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Operations Engineer to join our dynamic team in Naperville, IL. This role offers a hybrid remote work arrangement and plays a critical role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Linux systems and AWS-based environments.

ADDITIONAL (BONUS) SKILLS

  • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Python)
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and operational support of deployments
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure monitoring tools (CloudWatch or similar)
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps Administrator – Associate)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an IT Operations Engineer at ampliFI, you will support day-to-day system operations, monitor infrastructure performance, and ensure stability across both on-premise and cloud environments. You’ll bring strong Linux expertise, a working knowledge of core AWS services, and a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and maintenance. This is a highly collaborative role that works closely with IT, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure uptime, performance, and reliability.
