Salary: $70,000-$75,000 POSITION SUMMARY: The Saratoga Regional YMCA is hiring for a IT Cloud Services Specialist, and we are excited to have you join the team! In order to meet the needs of the growing organization, the new position of IT Cloud Services Specialist is responsible for maintaining day-to-day cloud/SaaS/AI operations & security, and deploying special cloud/SaaS/AI projects for on-site and remote users. Essential Functions: Projects: Research, evaluate, and deploy cloud/SaaS/AI systems solutions as needed. Operations: Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot day-to-day cloud/SaaS/AI operations issues. Security: Configure & maintain permissions and access controls to ensure data and personal information is kept secure and only authorized users have relevant access. User Support: Provide assistance, guidance, and support to end users for cloud/SaaS/AI tools & features. Licensing: Manage subscription licensing and negotiate renewals & pricing. Requirements Technical proficiency with cloud, SaaS, and AI platforms (especially Microsoft products). Strong problem-solving skills for interpreting, troubleshooting, and researching technical problems and error messages. Ability to multi-task and prioritize service requests, issues, and projects. Must be organized, reliable, diligent, and willing to learn. Must be able to research, evaluate, and compare IT tools, products, and solutions. Proficient in utilizing online resources & discussion platforms for troubleshooting and research. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and service requests. Must be able to communicate clearly with both IT staff and end-users. 3-5 years of experience in similar or related IT roles. Familiarity with the following technologies: Microsoft 365, Entra/Azure, Exchange Microsoft Teams Microsoft OneDrive Microsoft SharePoint Microsoft Forms Microsoft Copilot Various 3rd party services, such as appointment booking/scheduling systems, or other services that perform specific functions in a business environment.
