Eram Talent is on the lookout for an experienced IT/Communication Engineer to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This position is integral to ensuring effective communication infrastructure and IT systems within our projects in the oil and energy sectors. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and a proactive approach to solving various communication and IT challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of communication systems, while also supporting IT operations to ensure both areas align seamlessly for overall operational effectiveness. Responsibilities Design and implement robust IT and communication systems tailored to project requirements. Maintain and troubleshoot existing communication and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate communication technology with IT systems. Develop and enforce policies and procedures for IT and communication systems management. Conduct regular assessments of the IT and communication network for opportunities to improve efficiency. Train staff on IT and communication tools and systems to ensure proper usage. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in IT and communication. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working as an IT or Communication Engineer. Proficient in network design, implementation, and troubleshooting. Experience with VoIP, data communication, and telecommunication systems. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles related to IT and communication infrastructure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work flexibly and manage multiple priorities effectively. Fluent in both English and Arabic is an advantage.
