We’re on the lookout for an IT Communications Apprentice to join our award-winning Talent Programme. This apprenticeship is a unique opportunity to join our dynamic IT team, where you will experience becoming the first point of contact for all IT support queries, troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating when necessary- learning the Thatchers way.

SOME OF THE SKILLS YOU WILL LEARN:

• Manage all IT support queries
• Build and configure PCs and laptops
• Complete daily checks to ensure the Windows and VM environments are stable
• Administer our fixed and mobile phone systems
• Maintain asset lists and departmental documentation
  This role is based full-time at our Myrtle Farm offices, 5 days a week.
