IT COMPLIANCE AND PROJECT LEAD:

On behalf of our Automotive client, Procom is searching for an IT Compliance and Project Lead for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Markham office.

IT COMPLIANCE AND PROJECT LEAD - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The IT Compliance and Project Lead will be responsible for overseeing IT compliance initiatives, specifically focusing on SOX controls to align business and Global GCR. This role involves managing projects to ensure compliance and governance standards are met, contributing to the organization’s risk management framework.

IT COMPLIANCE AND PROJECT LEAD - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• IT Compliance knowledge, specifically SOX controls.
• Experience in Project Management.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

IT COMPLIANCE AND PROJECT LEAD – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Core knowledge in Clarity.
• Organizational Change Management skills.
• Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery knowledge (BCPDR).
• Experience in implementing Clarity PPM.
• Delivery Lead experience outside of Compliance.

• Oversee and manage IT compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with SOX controls and Global GCR.
• Lead and coordinate project management activities, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Facilitate teamwork and problem-solving among project teams.
• Provide delivery lead responsibilities outside of compliance.
