As an AI Consultant, you will work at the intersection of business and technology, advising banking clients on how to effectively design, assess, and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. You will support clients across the full AI lifecycle — from use-case identification and data readiness to model design, regulatory alignment, and responsible AI adoption. Key Responsibilities Advise banking clients on practical applications of AI/ML solutions within core business processes Support the design of analytical, predictive, and classification models, aligning business objectives with technical feasibility Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance and ethical considerations related to AI usage in the financial sector Assess data quality, availability, and suitability for AI model training and validation Recommend tools, technologies, and implementation approaches for deploying AI solutions in regulated banking environments Required Experience & Skills Strong knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP) techniques Proven experience advising on AI initiatives within financial services, e.g. AML, fraud detection, credit scoring, or risk analytics Hands-on familiarity with AI/ML tools and libraries, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn Solid understanding of data quality management, data preparation, and model validation practices Knowledge of Responsible AI principles, including transparency, explainability, fairness, and regulatory compliance We offer a flexible collaboration model based on a B2B contract, with the opportunity to work on diverse projects.
