Title: IT Consultant
Reports to: Director of Consulting
Status: Salaried - Exempt
Salary Range: $70,051.87 - 94,776.06 (aligned with company’s pay band structure)

SUMMARY DESCRIPTION

The IT Consultant (ITC) works within the FLORES Consulting division with businesses who need our expertise and knowledge to help streamline their operations via IT solutions. The ITC role provides guidance and support to other specialized roles within the CS Division. Supports clients to develop productive and efficient IT solutions and SOPS, through the maximization of their business objectives. Ensures an organization’s IT systems serve the best interests of the company and advise companies/clients on a wide range of issues involving its SOPS and tech platforms. The ITC role provides guidance and fractional services to support the FLORES business internal operations and IT structure.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Systems or a related field required.
  • Experience in or certification in ERP, HRIS and POS systems

EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in IT and technology experience
  • In-depth knowledge of how to write SOP’s, flow charts, PPT presentations and GAAP reporting
  • Experience with excel and a variety of technology platforms

  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to strategize and formulate business plans effectively and present them to leadership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and computer systems

  • Ability to follow professional appearance and dress code guidelines
  • Strong professionalism and decision-making skills
    Work Environment - This position operates in a professional office environment and requires regular use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. Some travel to client sites may be required. Flexibility in working hours may occasionally be necessary.
    Physical Requirements - Must be able to sit for extended periods and work on a computer. Occasional lifting of up to 15 pounds may be necessary.
