Job Description Active collaboration in the Service design, technical design, consulting of AUMOVIO global Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control. Responsible of operational incident and change management (3rd level support) in area of Network Security services: Next Generation Firewalling, Network Access Control. Responsible of infrastructure management (configuration, maintenance, upgrade, vulnerability patching, etc.) for Next Generation Firewalling and Network Access Control. Communication and coordination of activities with external suppliers, hardware vendors and internal departments for service-related topics (Design, Provider Mgmt., Demand Mgmt., Implementation, Incidents, Changes). Drive Escalation and Problem Management processes with internal IT teams and external service providers. Develop and recommend measures to improve the network and network security infrastructure by considering functionality and costs. Support Application and Service Owner with complex performance problems related to the Secure Connectivity Solutions: analysis, setup different scenarios, document performance measurements, troubleshooting, testing. Develop, provision and maintain an automation, orchestration and analysis platform for Secure Connectivity Solutions services. Project work in global teams. Responsible for knowledge sharing meetings in own area of expertise. Responsible to define work instructions, documentation and training materials. Qualifications Degree in Information Technology or equivalent qualification Expert knowledge in the networking area: Network topologies & Network protocols Advanced Knowledge in the area of Cisco Next Generation Firewalling Advanced Knowledge in the area of Cisco ISE Knowledge in the area of network automation & monitoring Knowledge of IT Service Management DevOps skills is a bonus Fluent English Very good communication skills Experience in working as part of a global acting and multicultural team, with international supplier/vendors.
