This is an opportunity to work on ADM engagement for a client. The job requires your expertise in handling large accounts having huge technology landscape, Oracle Fusion being the biggest. As a SDM you will be working with multi-located teams supporting various business processes. You will be measured on KPIs such as best practices implemented, usage of new technology to bring in efficiencies, services delivered within agreed SLAs etc.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience of managing large scale Oracle ERP (OnPrem & Cloud) AMS projects
• 15+ years of total IT experience with a minimum of 7 years as a Project Manager or Service Delivery manager in client facing role.
• Ability to lead and motivate large on shore and offshore project teams
• Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent Knowledge of change management principles and experience in managing diverse stakeholder groups
• Should be able to provide regular status reporting to stakeholders (Client)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills, ability to connect and establish rapport at CXO levels in client organization
• Self-guided and motivated individual capable of producing with minimal oversight.
  The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $41.61/hour - $65.01/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
