Responsibilities:

  • Drive consistent growth in annual sales, aiming to significantly increase the current sales volume over the next few years, achieving sustained success for two consecutive years.
  • Build and manage the IT consulting practice, ensuring growth and high-quality delivery.
  • Hire and manage both permanent and subcontracted team members, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Oversee projects, either managing them directly or supporting other Project Managers.
  • Provide regular reports to management on sales, team progress, and project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with management to align on business direction and objectives.
  • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Minimum a degree in any field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in IT consulting or a similar industry, with a strong focus on team and project management. Candidates must have experience working in a consulting firm.
  • Hands-on experience in sales and business development within the IT consulting domain.
  • Prior involvement in banking-related projects is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in managing teams, both permanent and subcontracted staff.
  • Proven success in achieving significant sales targets.
  • Business-level proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus to liaise with stakeholders and clients.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills.
  • Experience in solution development and delivery within IT consulting.
  • Member-oriented with a passion for pursuing sales and profit goals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.
