IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst This is your mission Are you passionate about IT Continuity, Resilience, and Governance? Then this position is for you. As an IT Continuity & Resilience Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring IT resilience by design and supporting the maturity of continuity capabilities across the ecosystem. Build side Missions Assist Business and IT teams with understanding IT Continuity needs for Business Applications and IT Services (on‑premises or off‑premises) Analyze IT architecture during project phases to ensure alignment with IT recovery objectives Review third‑party provider agreements to ensure alignment with recovery needs Ensure disaster recovery testing strategies accurately reflect intended disaster scenarios Identify gaps during project and application lifecycles, define remediation plans, and monitor implementation Run side Missions Define and maintain a global DR Plan ensuring consistent recovery sequencing across impacted geographies Conduct regulatory watch, monitor emerging technologies, and follow Group framework evolution to anticipate governance/process changes Train and support IT teams in change management Assist with deployment of new Group tools for IT resilience industrialization Build metrics and provide qualitative analysis for decision makers Prepare presentation materials for governance committees Ensure data completeness and quality in GRC tools related to IT resilience Perform risk assessments for applications going live with IT resilience non‑conformities Assist with internal/external audits and coordinate closure of recommendations This is your background You have 3 to 6 years of experience in IT Continuity, Resilience, or related IT governance environments. You enjoy working across IT Development and Production teams and thrive in collaborative, structured, and risk‑aware environments.
