ABOUT THE ROLE

Australian Retirement Trust (ART) is looking for an enthusiastic IT Contract & Procurement Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our IT Contract and Commercial Management, providing essential support services. You’ll work closely with our IT Contracts and Procurement Manager, IT Vendor Managers, and other key stakeholders to manage and govern our IT partners and suppliers. Your proactive approach will be crucial in tracking, monitoring, and resolving a wide range of service requests, ensuring that our contractual and financial risks are effectively managed.
As an IT Contract & Procurement Advisor, you’ll maintain accurate knowledge sources related to IT partners and suppliers, prepare briefing notes, and analyze contract data to identify trends. You’ll also assist in recording procurement outcomes, support compliance activities, and lead continuous improvement efforts in our procurement and contracting practices.
