IT CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Contract opportunity in the insurance industry focused on reviewing and updating IT clauses in MSAs, SOWs, and amendments. Work on-site three days a week at a global headquarters in Toronto. Apply your contract, procurement, and third-party risk expertise in a strategic hybrid environment with potential for extension.

• Review existing contracts (e.g., MSAs, SOWs, amendments) to ensure inclusion of required IT clauses.
• Manage a centralized contract review inbox; assign and prioritize incoming requests.
• Draft or assist in updating contract amendments and SOWs.
• Support the organization and coordination of team contract activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement, vendor risk, and legal frameworks.
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to draft, edit, and manage documentation.
