Job Description
Eurofins Group IT Controlling is looking for an IT Controller to support the Group IT Infrastructure and Security Department with cost controlling, budget planning, and administrative activities. The IT Controller will report to the IT Controlling Team Lead and support IT Directors and other stakeholders.

EXPECTED SKILLSET:

Your skillset should include the ability to prepare detailed reports in both written and data table formats, showcasing advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and cell formatting). A good command of the English language is essential. An interest in IT is also a plus.

EDUCATION REQUIRED:

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or Business.

Responsibilities:

As part of your role, you will be responsible for preparing and reconciling the budget, evaluating IT infrastructure and security investments, and providing monthly reports for the Group IT Controlling Team.
You will monitor the budget and forecast process, act as a contact for business management, and help to enhance transparency regarding IT costs within the organisation. You will also contribute to the optimisation of IT controlling processes, ensuring compliance with IT costs, and standardising controlling templates.
Additionally, you will support fair cost allocation, maintain master data, assist in the preparation of consolidated reports, help improve internal controls, and handle various ad-hoc tasks.
