Job Description We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented IT Coordinator to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will serve as a central point of contact for IT operations, providing essential coordination and administrative support to ensure smooth IT service delivery across the organization. You will work collaboratively with IT teams, end-users, and external vendors to optimize processes, manage projects, and maintain operational excellence. Coordinate and support IT projects from initiation through completion, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and result validation Manage IT ticketing systems and help desk operations, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation of issues and requests Serve as a liaison between IT teams, departments, and external vendors, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables Track and monitor IT project timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation, escalating critical issues to management for decision-making Maintain and update IT asset inventory, software licenses, and hardware tracking systems to ensure accuracy and compliance Prepare and distribute regular status reports, meeting minutes, and performance dashboards to stakeholders Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees, coordinating IT access provisioning and equipment allocation Assist with IT process improvement initiatives, analyzing workflows and recommending optimizations to enhance efficiency Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, expense tracking, and departmental budget monitoring Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting guidance to end-users, escalating complex issues appropriately Collaborate with IT teams to implement new systems, tools, and technologies, ensuring smooth transitions and user adoption Qualifications **Required Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent professional experience Proven experience in IT coordination, project support, or similar administrative role within a technology environment Strong proficiency with IT ticketing systems and help desk software Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Demonstrated ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language proficiency is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, or similar platforms) Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders Flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and evolving business needs **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and best practices Knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network operations Experience managing vendor relationships and coordinating with external IT service providers Familiarity with IT asset management and software license tracking Basic understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements Experience with project management methodologies or tools Certification in IT Service Management (ITIL) or related field Previous experience supporting multiple departments or large user populations Additional Information Location: Gangnam-gu, Seoul Contract Type: Permanent with 3-month probation Contract Starting Date: Jun 2026 Interview Process: 3 steps Interview including Final interview Audemars Piguet offers a competitive and comprehensive compensation and benefits package above market practices.
