What You’ll do:
As the IT Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for our company’s IT operations, focusing on delivering top-notch technical support and driving productivity improvements across all divisions’ line-of-business applications. Your role will also encompass significant oversight of external IT service partnerships.

On a typical day you will be accountable for:

As our IT Coordinator, you will spearhead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems with an emphasis on business applications that enhance operational efficiency and data utilization. To do this, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Establishing and maintaining robust partnerships with external IT vendors and service providers, ensuring they meet our business’s specific needs.
  • Implement business continuity protocols to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Analyze IT infrastructure and business application performance to determine necessary upgrades and enhancements.
  • Ensure comprehensive security measures are in place for all business applications, coordinating with Managed Service Providers (MSP) for regular security assessments.
  • Manage IT systems for proper and efficient operations.
  • Hire and train IT staff if needed.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage projects

Education, Experience & Proficiencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Preferred
  • At least one year of IT experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Forward thinking/non complacent.
  • Proficient in the latest technology for IT systems and management.
  • Proficient in MS SQL, SQL development, and administrator capabilities
  • Understand Microsoft Office 365 Suite and related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical and management skills.
  • Thorough understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company’s goals.
  • Must be able to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
  • Sage 100, Starship, ScanCo, or Accumatica experience preferred
