POSITION SUMMARY

Resinall is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled IT Coordinator to support and maintain our organization’s technology infrastructure. This role plays a key part in ensuring the reliability and security of our network, server, and user systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational knowledge in IT systems, a proactive mindset toward troubleshooting and security, and a willingness to grow in a manufacturing environment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-year degree in Networking/IT or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating systems.
  • Basic networking knowledge with switches, wireless access points, and ethernet connections
  • Ability to install and troubleshoot peripheral devices such as printers, scanners, etc.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience with Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches, and wireless access points
  • Experience administering VMware servers, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365 tenant including e-mail, office suite, Teams, etc and configuring policies and alerting.
  • Experience with backup systems
  • Experience with SAP or related ERP systems
  • Experience working in an ICS environment with PLC, DCS, and other manufacturing equipment.
Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance of network infrastructure, including switches, wireless access points, Ethernet, and fiber connections.
  • Assist in managing server infrastructure, including VMware environments, Windows Servers, Active Directory, and backup systems.
  • Help administer Microsoft 365 services, including email, Office applications, and account management.
  • Monitor licensing, alerts, and implement general security best practices across systems.
  • Provide support for the phone system, including paging and intercom components.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues involving computers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
  • Stay current on cybersecurity trends and help implement security measures aligned with business needs.
