Job Description: This role is responsible for administrating the agency’s IT systems, including responding to the daily IT needs of the organization, ensuring proper organizational IT safety and security, and providing strategic oversight over IT initiatives.
Requirements: Prefer a candidate with an associate degree in Computer Science or related discipline as well as a certification within the Information Technology field. This candidate will present with 1-3 years’ experience in an IT-related position.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical IT troubleshooting skills, an effective communicator and responsive to employee needs, be operationally and safety focused, a systems thinker, a problem solver, and able to plan and strategize for future technological or facility’s needs. Must be organized, detailed oriented, able to respond quickly to administrative needs while concurrently managing several projects with different timelines and objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of FSCC computer systems and servers.
  • Provides strategic oversight and planning with respect to all information technology hardware, software, HIPAA compliance, data security, as well as all security systems used in FSCC facilities.
  • Configures and installs computers, laptop, printers, and other peripheral equipment as necessary.
  • Provides a timely response and completion of all IT help desk tickets and other user needs. Manages help desk software.
  • Collaborates with agency stakeholders to ensure IT needs are met for new, existing, and leaving employees.
  • Can assess the current IT infrastructure to make recommendations for improvement.
  • Install software and perform virus checks as needed.
  • Deployment/configuration of standard IP telephony.
  • End user equipment moves (disconnect/reconnect)
  • Maintain a positive attitude; demonstrate professionalism in behavior, dress, attendance, punctuality and courtesy towards patients and staff.
  • Participates, engages, listens, and learns in individual and team meetings and supervision.
  • The responsibility of this job requires it to be in person for 37.5 hours a week.
  • Responsible for reviewing and adhering to all agency policies and procedures.
