We are seeking an IT Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing and coordinating our advanced technical team to provide IT service delivery for our customers. Located in Oak Brook Terrace, the IT Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring that our technology services meet the needs of our clients while aligning with our company’s mission.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in IT coordination or a similar role.
  • The ability to understand what needs to be done but not how to do it.
  • Proven experience managing a team of techs.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
    We are not looking for someone to do the technical work. We will train you on our methodology and current process. This is a new leadership role to coordinate the work our technical team is currently doing. Responsibilities
  • Coordinate our support desk, IT projects, and initiatives to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT processes and workflows.
  • Work with leadership to develop data driven dashboards to improve productivity and efficiency.
  • Interact with customers to coordinate and schedule initiatives and on site visits.
  • Auditing existing customers to ensure expected standards are in place.
  • Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures following ITIL best practices.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements as necessary.
