REQUIRED SKILLS

• Proficiency in Windows Server 2012 and up, Linux, and Proxmox virtualization
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including Fortinet and CIFS/SMB
• Experience with database management, including SQL and Oracle Database
• Familiarity with FortiEDR, FortiNAC, and other Forti solutions
• Knowledge of MS Office 365, MS SharePoint, MS Quickbase, and Google Services
• Experience with Linux, including Debian and Proxmox VE
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues using creative problem-solving skills

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

• Experience with CCore by Lexon, Sterling Gentran by IBM, and Sage 300/HRMS
• Knowledge of Mitsubishi and Omron PLC software
• Familiarity with Catia CAD software and PolyWorks
• Experience with Adobe software and other creative tools
• Certification in networking and cybersecurity a plus

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and work at heights of 20-40 feet using an articulating boom lift and scissor lift
• Familiarity with wiring crimpers, cable strippers, multimeters, toners, punchdown tools, and other hardware-related equipment
• Willingness to work in a dirty environment and adapt to changing priorities
