JOB TITLE: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY COORDINATOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Information Technology Coordinator will lead Paraklet’s technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital security. This role is responsible for designing and managing systems that enable operational excellence, data integrity, and global collaboration. The ideal candidate is a strategic technologist with a deep commitment to equity, innovation, and organizational resilience.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 0-1 year of experience in IT leadership, preferably within nonprofit or mission-driven organizations
• Expertise in cloud systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS), and enterprise software
• Strong understanding of data privacy regulations and nonprofit compliance
• Experience managing remote teams and global IT environments
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and ethical technology practices

• Develop and implement Paraklet’s IT strategy to support organizational growth and mission delivery
• Oversee systems architecture, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity protocols
• Manage software platforms for finance, HR, CRM, and program operations
• Ensure data governance, privacy compliance, and secure information management across jurisdictions
• Lead IT procurement, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations
• Provide technical support and training to staff across global locations
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology investments with strategic priorities
• Monitor emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance impact and efficiency
