OVERVIEW

The IT Coordinator will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing the organization’s IT infrastructure and systems across all locations. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for technical support, troubleshooting, and system administration while collaborating closely with internal teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on collaboration, problem solving, and continuous improvement and must be passionate about supporting the IT team and supporting the overall Vision and Mission of Sun Noodle. They must have the drive and passion for creating a positive workplace culture. This role plays a key part in working cross functionally with internal departments such as Operations, Finance & Sales.

REQUIREMENTS

  • · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • · Proven experience supporting and troubleshooting Microsoft-based environments (hardware, software, network).
  • · Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
  • · Background in the retail and wholesale industry is a plus.
  • · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical skills preferred.
  • · Knowledge of SQL for data analysis is a plus.
  • · Excellent problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
  • · Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • · Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented team player.
  • · Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
  • · Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

    Pay: $68,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support at all locations as needed (on site or remotely). Off-hour support can occur from time to time depending on the issue. Devices & Systems to be supported include, but are not limited to:
    o Computers (Desktops, Laptops, Macs)
    o Phones (VOIP, company cell phones)
    o Network (Firewall, Switches, Routers, Access Points)
    o Printers (LaserJet, MFP, Label printers)
    o Mobile devices (Android scanners, tablets, iPads)
    o Security Camera System
    o Access Control System

o MS Office Suite

  • · Troubleshoot & resolve issues in software, hardware, and network
  • · Managing & maintaining a secured IT infrastructure
  • · Perform administrator tasks in MS 365
  • · Communicate and work with IT vendors on existing and new projects
  • · Assist with new projects that require the IT team’s participation
  • · Assist users with any issues related to ERP, WMS, and other systems integrated with ERP
  • · Assist in creating reports based on user requests
  • · Document processes and SOPs initiated by the IT team
  • · Must be able to work closely with other Departments in a collaborative space
