We are looking for an IT Coordinator who will play a vital role in supporting the hotel’s information technology systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and maintaining compliance with IHG’s IT standards and security policies. A little taste of your day-to-day: Every day is different at IHG, but you’ll mostly be: Providing first-level support for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues. Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications. Monitoring system performance and ensuring proper backup, recovery, and data security procedures. Supporting colleagues with troubleshooting IT problems and providing user training when needed. Ensuring compliance with IHG IT policies, standards, and information security protocols. Coordinating with external vendors and service providers for IT support and maintenance. Assisting in the implementation of new systems, upgrades, and technology projects. Maintaining IT inventory, licenses, and documentation. Supporting hotel operations by ensuring reliable system availability (PMS, POS, email, internet, etc.). Responding to urgent IT-related issues and providing timely solutions to minimize downtime. What we need from you: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. 1–3 years’ experience in IT support, preferably within a hotel or hospitality environment. Knowledge of hotel systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, and Sun Systems is an advantage. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills. Understanding of networking, servers, and IT security protocols. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in MS Office and Windows-based applications. Fluent in the English language. Responsibilities

The IT Coordinator will provide first-level support for IT systems and ensure compliance with IHG's IT standards. They will also assist in the installation and maintenance of IT systems and respond to urgent IT-related issues.
