Description

Application: Beacon (Oncology) and Research • Reporting to the designated team lead, the Credentialed Trainer delivers training for assigned applications in a blended learning environment, including instructor-led classes, practice labs, online demonstrations, one-on-one support, and more. • Responsible for logistical elements of training, including class invitations, roster management, and course maintenance in the Learning Management System (LMS). • Supports curriculum development by testing and providing feedback on new and updated curriculum and authoring tip sheets and eLearning scripts as directed. • Understands the implementation of new Epic functionality and enhancements and emphasizes its appropriate use with end users. • The individual in this position may assist in the design of support/training solutions based on Help Desk call trends, provide support and training for the LMS, serve as a resource on effective usage of electronic health record (EHR) applications, and serve as general point of contact for AHS’s Help Desk with respect to questions concerning supported applications.
