JOB SUMMARY

The Cybersecurity manager will provide strategic oversight over a programs and services of aligned virtual health initiatives. The manager will engage business and clinical stakeholders, drive key imperatives, and delivery people, process, and product optimization. Additionally, the manager will aid in the development of business intelligence and data visualization reporting to driven decision making. The role will be vital in the digital transformation and delivery of virtual care for CommonSpirit Health.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelors Preferred
• Relevant Subject Matter
• Leadership experience preferred.
• 5-7 years’ required:
• Experience performing and managing aspects of SOAR automation, particularly in Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR
• Experience performing and managing aspects of SIEM functions, particularly in Splunk
• Experience creating and managing the use of threat analysis guidance (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Experience creating and delivering training plans for Analyst skill set improvement
• Experience managing Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) contractor staff
• Experience reporting SOC performance metrics to Cybersecurity leadership
