Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Team Management: Leads a team responsible for delivering IT system solutions, developing new applications or systems, and maintaining existing ones. Ensures the integrity and performance of these applications or systems.
  • Software Development Coordination: Oversees the data delivery for all Consumer testing and automated data development lifecycle process. Collaborates with technology vendors, outside consultants, and internal resources as necessary to ensure project success.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partners closely with various business areas and IT organizations to identify and address business issues related to specific projects. Helps develop and implement business strategies and contributes to setting strategic technical directions.
  • Project Leadership: Provides leadership for projects by collaborating with clients to develop business cases, defining business and technical requirements, preparing detailed plans and schedules, managing resource allocation, and tracking project funding. Conducts budget analysis to ensure financial alignment.
  • Performance and Development: Supervises and develops team members by setting joint goals, conducting performance reviews, and managing resource allocation. Contributes to long-range planning and financial responsibilities.
    This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT solutions that meet business needs and drive organizational success

Supervises a robust team of 10 or more IT professionals, including at least 4 senior-level employees, responsible for the development and delivery of IT-related projects with specific responsibility in data delivery (manual, automated, sv, and ai driven). The team specializes in various technical disciplines, such as:

  • Agile Methodologies: Implementing agile processes to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
  • Application Design and Programming: Creating and developing innovative applications to meet business needs.
  • Business Support: Providing technical assistance and solutions to support business operations.
  • Database Management: Ensuring the integrity, performance, and security of database systems.
  • Systems Architecture and Engineering: Designing and developing scalable and efficient system architectures.
  • Systems Technical Support: Offering technical support and troubleshooting for system issues.
  • Software Delivery Project/Program Management: Overseeing the successful delivery of software projects and programs.
  • Technology Security: Implementing and managing security protocols to protect technological assets
