Your role in the team


  • Setup, operation, and further development of database management systems (primarily Microsoft SQL, PostgreSQL).

  • Configuration of our database servers and clusters for high availability and optimal performance.

  • System monitoring as well as creating backups.

  • Close collaboration within the team with the ORACLE DBAs.

  • Interdisciplinary collaboration with our software development team.

  • Development of concepts in the Microsoft database environment

  • Implementation of Microsoft Database Infrastructures

  • Technical support for customers on-site

  • Responsibility for Backup and Recovery as well as the Troubleshooting area
