  • Planning and installation of IT equipment in our stores for new openings or closures
  • Ensuring the proper provision of local IT services
  • Optimization of IT processes and cross-departmental projects
  • Interface function for IT requirements between the region and global headquarters
  • Implementation of IT policies and procedures
  • Communication with our IT suppliers and service providers
  • Monitoring the IT budget and reporting to the finance department
  • Successfully completed training or studies in information technology / computer science
  • Several years of experience in IT, preferably in the service sector
  • Very good experience in project management
  • Strong communication skills, with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Fluency in German and communication skills in English
  • Occasional willingness to travel
