We are looking for a talented IT Delivery Manager with proven 3-5 years of experience in a delivery manager role, directly collaborating with clients and guiding software teams to create high-quality solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven 3-5 years of experience in a delivery manager role, directly collaborating with clients and guiding software teams to create high-quality solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Agile practices, principles, and values, with a focus on client-centered solution delivery
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
  • Fluency in English with prowess in both verbal and written communication to effectively handle client interactions
  • Ability to resolve conflicts, drive collaboration among team members, and foster strong client relationships
  • Aptitude for quickly grasping client needs and effectively translating these into actionable solutions alongside the development team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering client-centric solutions
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments, manage shifting priorities, and maintain progress towards client-focused outcomes
  • Emphasis on people management, with a keen ability to empathize, support, and motivate both team members and clients
  • Internal drive to continuously improve client engagement, project processes, and overall solution quality

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field, with an emphasis on client management and solution delivery, or equivalent work experience

  • Advocate for client interests within the development team, balancing client needs with project constraints to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Drive team performance and efficiency, ensuring adherence to best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence
  • Conduct regular client reviews and feedback sessions to refine processes and improve future project delivery
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, motivating team members to achieve their highest potential and maintaining high levels of morale and engagement
