The Opportunity

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join one of our digital delivery teams and play a pivotal role in the successful execution of large-scale Agile initiatives. As a leader in delivery and Agile practices, you will help guide multidisciplinary teams, ensure predictable delivery outcomes, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.This role is ideal for a professional with experience leading Agile teams, coordinating complex digital initiatives, and supporting product delivery within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead day-to-day delivery activities across one or more Agile teams.
  • Monitor and optimize team velocity, capacity, sprint progress, and release planning.
  • Align team execution with broader delivery objectives and program timelines.
  • Coordinate production deployment activities and ensure readiness across stakeholders.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, refinement sessions, retrospectives, and reviews.
  • Support Product Owners in backlog refinement, story readiness, and prioritization activities.
  • Ensure delivery transparency through status reporting, KPI tracking, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify, manage, and escalate risks, dependencies, issues, and blockers impacting delivery.
  • Support incident, defect, and production issue follow-up activities.
  • Promote adherence to Agile best practices, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD).
  • Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams and delivery partners.
  • Ensure operational readiness of delivered solutions, including monitoring, documentation, security, quality, accessibility, automation, and support processes.
  • Foster team accountability for commitments, objectives, and delivery outcomes.
  • Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and continuous improvement.
  • Drive improvements identified during retrospectives and encourage innovation across delivery processes.
  • Maintain visibility and accuracy within project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
  • Support administrative activities related to team operations and delivery governance.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Several years of experience coordinating Agile software delivery teams.
  • Proven experience leading digital or technology delivery initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities effectively within a multi-project environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in environments characterized by ambiguity, change, and evolving priorities.
