Description
A. Project Delivery & Execution Lead end-to-end management of client-facing technology projects, from planning to deployment and closure. Define and oversee project scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success criteria. Manage project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, and communication frameworks. Manage team performance using Agile/Scrum based on agreed upon SLA with client and KPI with the team, and address issues, if any. Lead project-specific meetings, provide updates, manage expectations, and escalate issues to Operations Manager. Use Asana for task tracking and reporting. Identify and mitigate risks, enforce project management standards and methodologies. B. Client & Stakeholder Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on technology-related projects. Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and demo sessions to maintain transparency and alignment. Support client onboarding and change management during new system/tool rollouts. Anticipate client needs and discuss recommended enhancements and proactive solutions to the Operations Manager Conduct post-project reviews to capture lessons learned and optimize future delivery. C. Reporting & Continuous Improvement Prepare weekly and/or monthly reporting on project performance, KPIs, and client satisfaction as requested by the Operations Manager and client. Analyze delivery outcomes and suggest process optimizations for greater efficiency. Maintain compliance-ready documentation to support audits, reporting, and knowledge transfer. Contribute to evolving agency delivery frameworks, best practices, and playbooks. Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience) Certified and proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Deep understanding of Agile Scrum, including advanced application of burndown techniques, retrospective formats, and bug-handling strategies. Skilled in assessing project scope, team capacity, and execution feasibility. Proficient in Asana project management, including Board setup, Workflow optimization, Automation, and Dashboard reporting. Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset. Excellent written and oral communication, coordination, and presentation abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision. Passionate, self-motivated, and highly adaptable in fast-paced environments. Type of Skills and/or LICENSING/CERTIFICATION Required: Proficient in Agile Scrum methodology, with hands-on experience applying advanced techniques such as burndown charts, retrospective formats, and bug-handling strategies to close gaps in standard frameworks. Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches. Preferred certifications include PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, PMI-ACP, or other recognized credentials that enhance career prospects and demonstrate commitment to best practices. Demonstrated ability to lead and support projects across diverse environments, with a strategic mindset and a passion for continuous improvement. Exposure to digital marketing and IT systems is a strong advantage, offering cross-functional insight into project execution, stakeholder alignment, and technology-driven process optimization.
