To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business administration, or a related field
  • 3 years of experience in IT or business-IT interface roles, with specific experience in IT demand management, portfolio management, or IT governance
  • Experience working in or with regulated industries, preferably pharmaceuticals or life sciences
  • Strong service orientation with good communication skills
  • Experience in project management is a plu
