IT DEPLOYMENT BA/COORDINATOR – MFA IMPLEMENTATIONS:

On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for an IT Deployment BA/Coordinator – MFA Implementations for a 6-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 3-4 days onsite at our client’s Toronto, Ontario office.

IT DEPLOYMENT BA/COORDINATOR – MFA IMPLEMENTATIONS - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This project involves the rollout of Multifactor Authentication (MFA) to 300 applications migrating to a new security platform. The IT Deployment BA/Coordinator will ensure the onboarding of the maximum number of users distributed in waves, supporting the migration process.

IT DEPLOYMENT BA/COORDINATOR – MFA IMPLEMENTATIONS - MANDATORY SKILLS:

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft suite of applications
• 3-5 years’ combined experience with PAM, MFA, Microsoft Entra, and Cloud technologies
• 3-5 years’ hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards using PowerBI
• 3-5 years’ experience working in identity and access management

IT DEPLOYMENT BA/COORDINATOR – MFA IMPLEMENTATIONS – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

• Experience with Multifactor Authentication implementations
• Experience working on large migration projects
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Bilingual in French

• Maintain a master list of user onboarding
• Define waves of onboarding
• Set up communication for each wave
• Validate success rates of each wave and update master list with success and failure
• Plan subsequent waves for failed users by investigating and refining approaches
• Analyze data and prepare requirements and access processes
• Collaborate with various business lines, IT support functions, and IS&C Control functions
• Build and maintain reporting Power BI dashboards
• Collaborate with system experts to document change processes for system support, migrations, conversions, and upgrades
