Job Title: IT Deployment Engineer
Location: Wayside House, Wilsons Lane, Coventry, CV6 6NY
Trust: Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (37.5 hrs/week)
Pay: £14.11/hr + Holiday Pay =>> £16.10/hr

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience with Active Directory, SCCM 2016 (or equivalent), Intune, antivirus tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Windows 10/11, and remote-control tools (Dameware, LogMeIn).
  • Experience in ticketing systems and IT equipment decommissioning.
  • Diploma, ECDL, or minimum 2 years relevant IT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY:

Support the rollout and refresh of IT equipment (laptops, desktops) at GP practices across Coventry and Rugby.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install and configure IT equipment, software, and peripherals (scanners, printers).
  • Troubleshoot post-upgrade issues to minimize downtime.
  • Log and update tickets promptly using systems like Marval or ServiceNow.
  • Follow rollout schedules and assist in inventory management.
  • Assist in assembling and adhering to rollout schedules for efficient deployment.
  • Travel to GP sites using a provided vehicle.
