Job Title: Deployment Engineer
Location: Lister Hospital, Stevenage, Hertfordshire (100% onsite)
Trust: East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust
Contract: Full-time, Fixed Term (3-4 months, with possible extension)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm or 9am–5pm (37.5 hrs/week)
Pay: £15.33 + holiday pay >>> £16.33 per hour
Contract Duration: 3 – 6 months (subject to review)(Possibility of extension)

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust team to lead the Windows 11 rollout across multiple sites. You’ll provide 2nd and 3rd line support, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure smooth deployment of new systems in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Deploy and configure Windows 11 devices across the Trust
• Deliver advanced support for hardware, software, and network challenges
• Manage service desk escalations and maintain SLA compliance
• Use ITSM tools (ServiceNow, SCCM, MDT) to streamline workflows
