Role Objective We are looking for a proactive and mobile Desktop Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support across multiple client locations. You will act as the “face of IT,” ensuring smooth hardware operations, system imaging, and seamless Microsoft Office 365 functionality at client sites. Requirements Educational Qualification Bachelor’s Degree (Technical field preferred) Key Responsibilities Client Site Support Travel to various client locations to provide hands-on technical support and resolve hardware/software issues. Imaging & Deployment Perform Windows OS installations, clean reimaging, and data migration during hardware refresh activities. Microsoft 365 Support Provide advanced onsite support for Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams), including mailbox configuration and profile troubleshooting. Hardware Lifecycle Management Diagnose and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Manage asset tagging and local inventory at client sites. Connectivity & Setup Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and workstation setup for new users. Reporting Document all site visits, issues, and resolutions in ITSM tools to ensure SLA compliance. Logistics & Physical Requirements Willingness to travel regularly to client locations. Ability to lift and move IT equipment (desktops, monitors, UPS) as required during onsite deployments. Technical Skills & Qualifications Strong proficiency in Windows 10/11 installation, configuration, and troubleshooting Experience with imaging tools (SCCM, MDT, or USB-based deployment) Solid understanding of Microsoft 365 (O365) environment Basic knowledge of Active Directory (password resets, domain joining, user management) Benefits Why Join Us?
